Consumer Redressal

I booked a ticket from Make my Trip.com. Their representative did not ask me for the passport information, neither did she get back to me in 4 days. they then called me and said that my ticket has been cancelled and was saying that i would have to pay 75000 i.e. about 17000 over what i had paid for my earlier ticket. I objected and said that i do not want the ticket and that i would buy one myself. i finally got a ticket for about Rs.65000. I then connected with them for a refund. they gave me a refund and after much communication they accepted that were in the wrong and offered me Rs. 1000 as compensation. to this i said that i needed them to send me an email to this effect. then i replied that i do not accept that ammount and that they needed to give me the difference between the cost of the ticked and the price of the ticket that i bought. They are dealing very unproffessionally with me and are harrassing me by sending the same emails again and again without addressing the issue.
