i have booked hotel room in Shimla through Expedia. i have booked 3 rooms. They have confirmed me that rooms has been booked and deducted money from my credit card. But when i reached hotel they denied to give me any room as that time they didnt have any room. i was with my family and my friends family. i didnt find any room in other hotels as well. i had to return back to home as i dont had any option.
