Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a flight ticket on www.easemytrip.in on 02.09.2014 from Kathmandu(KTM) to New Delhi(DEL)for Rs.7853( travel date:01.10.2014).Booking ID:BET00000307553. After some time someone had called from easemytrip.in and asked us to pay Rs.5000 as fare difference for confirming the booking.
But on the next day(03.09.2014), the fare of Rs.7853 is still being shown for the same flight on the website. The company is showing misleading information about flight and their fares.
It will really great if you look into this matter and raise it to the concerned authorities to compensate me for the loss of my ticket and the harrasement that I had to bear.
