Sir/Ma\'am, I am a resident of Jain Nagar Colony, Railway Road Meerut. I am greatly apalled by the waste disposal and managment system in the town, specially in my locality. The muncipal sweepers turn up to sweep the area, creating piles of waste on the sides of lanes. However, there is no sigle person who comes to collect that waste and remove those piles. The accumulated waste on the road sides is home to many diasease causing agents along with unbearable stench. I require you to please look into the issue and help us
