Dear Sir As per the below ticket, bus provide from RedBus (Neeta Travel) was no is MH-04-G-2424. After two hours run this bus come under break down and driver of bus said are arranging bus in half an hour but after waitning of more than 1 hour bus not come. My flight was on 8 PM so i take a taxi from there and reach the air port just 30 minute before. As per your best facility in buses, we face such kind of silly mistake.
