Consumer Redressal

I had taken health policy for my mother from ICICI Lombard ..She had 7 nd er gone surgery for her brain surgery, due to brain injury.I had submitted post hospitalisation claims to the company for reimbursement, which has been rejected by the insurance company citing invalid and unjustified reasons..Total expenses incurred and bills submitted were for more than 8 lakhs and policy amount was only for 3 lakhs..I am undergoing severe stress and trauma..I have lost my mother and now they are denying the reimbursement money.I need to file a case in consumer four, Pl guide.
