I booked a ticket with easy go trip on 16 Aug 2014. The payment was processed on the same day from ICICI bank. After few days when I called them to take the PNR number they told me that my ticket is rejected due to fare change and my amount 4888/- will be refunded to me in 9 working days. For this I received a mail also which is given below.

Dear Sir,Mam,
Your below booking is rejected due to fare change and as per telephonic conversation your total transaction amount will be refunded in 9 working days.
Easygotrip Refund No A823.
We are sorry for the inconvenience cause.
Till today, that is, 25 September 2014 I have not received my MONEY.
Please see to my complaint.
