Consumer Redressal

We have moved to Chennai from Hyderabad and sent our goods through Indian Cargo Packers & movers (info@indiancargopackers.in Ph. no 08094919964 LR No.729) on 18.10.2014 evening. They have promised to deliver it by 21.10.2014 morning but we did not receive. After many calls we have been told that due to Vehicle breakdown we would receive by 21.10.2014 morning but till now we have not received. Today, 22.10.2014, when called them they spoke rudely saying they would deliver whenever its possible for them and asked not to call them. We are scared that our goods would not be delivered, even if we receive goods we fear that they might behave indecently with my wife in absence. Please take some action on them.
