I bought 3 online tickets in Fernandes Travels Konduskar Volvo through \'Make my trip\' for journey from Mapusa,Goa to Pune on 07.10.2014. The bus was cancelled without any information and I was left with my family on the bus stand with no option. I had to book a taxi on the next morning at a huge rent of Rs.13000 to catch my flight from Pune which was scheduled the next day.Till date I have not been refunded my ticket amount of Rs.4050.00 even though they had promised to do so after their cancellation of bus.I had undergone a huge financial and mental suffering due to the incident and I want to teach them a lesson so that this do not happen further.
