I have booked travel from Kolkata to Mumbai booked travel date 21 Sep 2014 and amount deducted Rs 8068 from my Credit card for Jet airways , from \'easygotrip.com/ \" To my unpleasant surprise when I reached airport in travel date on 17th Oct 2014 , I have been informed by Jet airways that , there is no booking in my name. I had to pay Rs. 16000 and odd amount to get the ticket again for the same day on the spot. Now the easygotrip.com/ has not refunded the amount charged on my credit card and not responding my calls to phone number 8080144002 to my satisfaction. Please help me to get my refund and also to compensate me for the additional fare I have to bear for the irresponsible behavior. Thanks Sujit 91-7208001852
