hi ,i want to lodge a formal complaint againt max newyork life insure as i had cancelled my insurance on 3rd sept 2014 and as per their policy the refund should happen in 15 business days and its almost been 2 months and i havent received the funds.i had approced them couple of times but all i hear form them that your querry is stuch at the id department or finance depart and needs approval .please help me
