Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a working woman working in a MNC bank having a group medical insurance with Bajaj Allianz through my company.I recently was hospitalised due to pregnancy related complications and delivered a baby at a private nursing home which was not part of the cashless facility list with the insurance company.hence I paid the full amount for my stay and my baby\'s stay in the ICU and nursery. However when I submitted all the necessary medicals bills and documents with the TPA(Third party agency Medimanage through which we have the group medical insurance),the insurance company didn\'t pay me the whole amount(partial payment was made though all the claims were valid) for my stay at the hospital and is yet to pay me anything for my baby. I have also written regarding this complain number of times to the TPA and local insurance ombudsman but to no effect. Please have this looked into urgently and have the full payment done along with interest for myself and my baby as more than a
