My car insurance co settled my claim for Rs.20,000/- against a loss of around 77,000/- I have signed the settlement but feel cheated. My car (2006 model with IDV: 1.22 lakh) got damaged in floods in Kashmir. I wish to raise the issue of low settlement. Kindly guide if raising the matter is possible after, I have agreed to settlement at Rs.20,500/- on the persuasion of the Surveyor. Kindly guide
