Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to you about cancellation of my two policies no. 16768647 and 16768351 in the name of Inderjeet Kaur and Matab Singh.I have taken these two polices in 2012 from ICICI bank Kotkapura punjab as guided by Branch manager . they said for 7 years but when we received policies in 2013 after one year seen term 15 years we went to icici for cancellation of policy within 15 days they send us on icici prudentail office faridkot we met Anil and he said policy cannot be cancelled after one year please give compliant of misselling against manager. they refused to take requestfor cancellation . They harrased me from last one year. i have so many times visited icici bank kotkapura no result found. we went ICICI prudential Bathinda for cancellation of policies no response received till date. All policies submitted at bathinda. please understand my problem we cannot pay 7 years due to financial crisis in family. your manager misguided us please confirm how much money get bac
