That Go-air flight no G8/190 from Srinagar to New Delhi was scheduled Departure at 14:30 IST and Arrival at 15:55 IST on 08-Nov-2014. The weather was clear and sunny but due to the carelessness of Go-air management the departure was changed to 15:08 IST and arrived in Delhi at 17:00 IST on 08-Nov-2014. My connected flight from Delhi to Bangalore by Jet airways was at 17:00 IST on 08-Nov-2014 and hence I missed the flight. The Go-Air airline head at Delhi airport (Mr. Ashish Vaishnav) dint support me in any way. I was given false promises that they are trying to get me a new ticket in Jet airways or Go-air and was said to wait till 21:30 IST at Delhi Airport. I waited for the same till I lost other flight options to book. At last Mr. Aman Bansal again try to cheat me by asking to pay for the single seat available in their go-air flight for which I refused to pay as flight delay was their fault.
