Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, Myself Sultan Khan, I have applied and registered submitted all the documents personally at Emeditech TPA service Gurgaon for reimbursement with E-Meditek TPA service and my registration number is 100CL0113002494 on 22nd Jan,2013. and the policy number is 041303/48/12/41/00001202 I have submitted all the required documents to them on Than after at least 1 month later i wanted to check the status for that same and they gave not even given a complaint no. and told that it’ll take some time to clear it out.. than at current, 20 days before I tried to understand my problems, again i have received the same answer from their side.. there already 2 months have finished after submitted the file.. still i’m waiting their reply.. but constantly i’m going be unsuccessful.. Please help me to come out from this problem even I told them my personal problem, they are not ready to understand me.. today i also i communicated but every time they are saying please call after 10 days.
