I have taken the Mediclaim Insurance from Indian Health Organisation (IHO) for the 4 members of my family including me on 4 Oct,2014 but because of the improper communication in the Mumbai & Delhi Branch so i have withdrawn from it & requested them by phone & mail to refund my amount paid Rs 4950/- but its almost a month passed by but i have still not received anything from them when ever i call they say you will be called & it will take 14 days but still nothing is been done.So i presume that my request shall be heard here an action will be taken against them asap
