My sister booked a Kerala tour package with holiday.experts@india.com & made online payment for Rs.51000. They informed that after 15 days they would send the voucher, but it never reached. After 1 month we understood it is a fraud. The emails & contact numbers are not working. Is there any way of tracing them or getting our money back?
