I had booked a group topur for my family members consisting of 20 persons including Kids for travel to Europe in September 2014 and had paid 1500000 as advance to the tour operator Fortune as they applied for visa was rejected and the agent had booked ticket now they are saying the ticket is not refundable and refusing to pay the amount as also they had booked ticket from bangalore we had to suffer the loss travelling to Bangalore
