Tpa emeditek, insurers-uiic. Med policy no.120200 / 48 / 13 / 41 / 00000554 fvg shrikant bhogle. Cashless claim put up through Dinanath mangeshkar hospital pune not responded.on discharge from hospital regular claim put upon 19.4.14.the tpa emeditek kept it pending on flimsy grounds without assigning/without communication.on my enquiry their requirements satisfied.again after 5moths another query was raised. That too my asking them they told. That too was satisfied.but till this date claim is pending. It was also informed to insurer but on deaf ears. You are therefore humbly requested to issue dirctives to Tpa&Uiic that 1.to settle the claim forthwith 2to pay int @21% on claim amount 3to pay compensation of Rs 1000000/-for undue delay, harrasment and mental torture 4to black list tpa emeditek 5to banish uiic from doing medical business Sir humbly request your lordships to give me justice at the earlist Thanking you Yours faithfully shrikant bhogle
