I have booked two tickets from www.cleartrip.com on 29/11/2014.
One having trip id 1411297936 and PNR number: 6135986009. Hwh - Hatia Express and Train# 18615. I tried to cancel this ticket through cleartrip.com but could not go through everytime they showed system failure and asked to contact the off customer service number 9595333333. but their customer service number was directing me to to go online for cancellation. I tried for last two days and then written www.cleartrip.com for help in cancellation but their help did not came and I lost whole my booking amount Rs 1575. I was helpless again in another ticket whose trip id was 1411298003 and PNR number : 6535986232 Hte Rjpb EXp Train# 18624. I could cancel it via online at the last minute and I lost another Rs 400 approx in this transaction.
