I Satya Prakash Srivastava Sending you Legal Notice Against Booking a tour from 30.09.2014 to 07.08.2014 Triputi to Madurai,Rameshwaram,Kaniyakumari to Madurai to Bangalore to Mysoor,Ooty and Koonoor. Your staff Swami told me and given me as written Delux 3 bed wala room.
1 I have stay in ordanery room in Madurai, Kanyakumari only two halt. After returning from Kanyakumari mmtt tour and trevel not given me room for freshup.
2 In bangalore Anand sai tour and trevel only send me Mysoor and ooty. and aslo for Ooty at 7.30 am your tours Bus pick our family and bring me to Ooty at 5.00 pm and after that transfer me at next bus and send ne back to Bangalore without any Sight Seen in Ooty.
Coonoor which Totaly cut by your treveller.
