My intertent connection is down/dropping connection since the beginning of december, I have made several complaint , I am told there is an issue with the tower and they are monitoring . everytime I call i am told to restart the router and the team will monitor the connection for 24 hrs, I would want tikona to take owership of this and get me a resolution ASAP.
