I have purchase health insurance policy from iffco tokio company. While purchasing online I have paid two time more e.g instead of paying 4000 I have paid 12000. I have purchased this policy on 28 Nov 2014 but still I am not getting my excess payment revert. I have also send the mail & reg. the complaint with company help line but not getting proper replay regarding the refund. Request you to help me in this matter, what I have to do for getting my excess money back.
