I had a car insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz
I had given post dated cheque no. 885897 (CITIBANK), Date 1st OCT 2014, amount Rs 8322 to Bajaj Allianz in the month of Aug 2014 to renew above policy.
But Bajajallianz deposited the cheque before the date on 6th SEP 2014 and thus it bounced and my policy wasn't renewed. Because of this mistake I had to pay a fine and thus i decided to cancel my policy.
Since I do not have any car insurance policy with Bajaj now, today I am SHOCKED to see the same bounced cheque being deposited again and has been cleared from my account again on 8th DEC 2014 for the same amount.
Because of this my account is low on fund and other payments such as home loan ECS has been bounced back, for which I had to pay penalty.
