FlyHigh Holidays are fraud in garb of a gentleman and the male employee is a rowdy. I had planned a tour with them to Kashmir in September 2014. Unfortunately due to natural calamity I was forced to cancel the trip. When I approached them for money, they changed colors like chameleon. Kaniska Sen, is uncouth and used abusive languages, he probably doesn`t respect his family members so he doesn`t know how to behave with outsiders. He threatened to kill me if I visit their office. I have all the recordings of the conversation with him, still he has not returned Rs.15600. I am going to take up this matter in court as well as Consumer Forum and I want to bring this person to justice. I had to take all the pains contacting the airlines personally to get back the money and when it was their turn to refund it, they shamelessly deducted a huge amount.It is my sincere request to you to kindly put an end to their dealings publicly and give fair justice by refunding my money.It is very serious.
