Consumer Redressal

This is to inform you that , I have booked a E-Ticket ( PNR No;6333953304 ) to travel from New Coochbehar (NCB) to Sealdah (SDAH) by train no :02262 (02262/GHY SDAH PREMIUM). Boarding date was:28-09-2014(28-Sep-2014) and scheduled departure time at New cooch behar(NCB) was 0.44Hours. But on that specific date the train was running late by more then three hours and at 04-22 hours(Dt:28-09-2014, I have filed the TDR( Cancellation ID: 100000014149261) till then the train was not arrived at New Cooch behar(NCB). To get the refund and notify the fraud of IRCTC I have complained to every concerned person of the Indian Railway including Rly Board but till date nothing happened. I just want to take the matter to your end to do the justice and take necessary action to avoid the same by IRCTC to cheat public
