I have booked my holiday trip on 25th december,2014 of 6N/7D from yatri4travel.com at Rs. 11999/- on the basis of offer received in my mail and got receipt of the payment.The confirmation of the amount receipt by them are in my mail. They have committed to provide me package kit within 4-5 days but after 15 days i have not received the kit and the concerned person are not receving my calls and even not replying my mail. All the mobile nos. are not switched off. They are making all the people fool and taking money by persuading them. I have all the valid proof against them.Please help me in receiving my money back with the compensation for the problem i am suffering.
