SUB: Mediclaim Policy No. 70300/2013-2014/11/3304, CAN Mediclaim Insurance policy.
For urinary problem and chronic fever I was hospitalized at Arogya Nidhi Gen. Hospital, Juhu from 29.09.2014 to 03.10.2014. Hospital bill, medicine bill, blood bills totaling Rs 122,805 were submitted as per their requirements within 15 days of hospitalization to E-meditek services ltd TPA of United India Insurance co. ltd.
After repeated reminder Final claim settlement amount of Rs 69122 was credited to my A/c disallowing Rs 53783 with dis-satisfactory reasons.
Disagreement about settlement was intimated on 21.12.2014 to TPA
