R/Sir/Madam In Reference to the subject cite above, I, Hariom S/o Sh. Rameshwar Permanent Residence of V.Po. Moi Hooda Tehsil Gohana Distt. Sonipat (Haryana). I have start Policy No. 500-4783980 on dated 30-12-2009 and annual Premium 20000/- I have paid 20000 X 5=100000/ But Fund Value was less. So Durgesh Tiwari Broker Code 11280104124790 and Mobile No. 09560852046 comes and ask me for a Cancel Cheque, a Cheque Amounting of Rs. 40000/- and Cheque Amounting of Rs. 50000/- for Policy Transfer. He makes with me Faroud create three New Policy Bond which Policy No. 501-1948576, 501-1873998 and 501-1873980 But there is no any type of record and I want back money of my all cheques and fund values.
